Sport and Food Miles
Tottenham Hotspur are one club that has been working on providing more sustainable food, by having a kitchen garden that provides ingredients for first team training meals and working with local suppliers. 80% of Spurs suppliers are within a 50-mile radius of the stadium. Norwich City uses locally grown produce from local suppliers as well as home-grown produce from the on-site allotment.
